Suppose that the time statistician 4 needs to complete the job for client A is increased from 160 to 165 hours. What effect will this change have on the solution?

I need a push with this problem. What is the best solution to represent the linear model for this problem. Can you please help with how the change in hours required for the job completion will change the solution. If you can point me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated!!
