View the CSI 3-D crime scene video. In a paper of 400 words, address the following:

Determine what items were of evidentiary value.
Provide a logical summary of events, based upon the evidence, to conclude what occurred in the victim’s apartment.
Determine the location of the crime, weapons visible, if any, and possible motive.
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

Write an essay of 500–750 words in which you list the elements of burglary under the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 13, Chapter 15. List the elements of homicide under the same Revised Statutes, Chapter 11. In each case, how many elements are needed for prosecution?
