Research of interior design of Tea houses from china throughout Asia from ancient times to modern times. They are asking for a few case studies to analyze the architecture and design details. Site specific analysis and survey of quantitative and qualitative data. a bit of Literature research and survey research.

What I wanted to analyze was consumer behavior and how it has changed over time and how tea houses can be brought back into the 21st century. A good analysis would be to look at Starbucks and see how they designed their coffee shops to dominate the markets where people would want to go to the coffee shops for more than the coffee.
