Assignment 3: Project Report
This is an individual assessment. Students must not collude with each other.
This assessment requires the student to write a final report of the project (FALLS IN RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE) that the student proposed in relation to a coursework unit that was undertaken in the Master course. The project report must clearly outline in the introduction; the background, aims, objectives and scope of the project, as well as a literature review. The report should provide an evaluation of the processes and outcomes of the project, in particular whether anticipated outcomes were achieved and if not, an outline of the reasons why the outcome/s were not achieved. The report should detail whether the project was concluded within the proposed timeframe/s, as well as provide recommendations as to whether ongoing work is required in in the area of the project. The report should also include a reference list and, at the back, the letter of workplace approval (if relevant) and, if appropriate, written verification of completion of the project from the workplace. 
Weighting: 60%
Length and/or format: 6,000 words
Purpose: To provide a report that has the potential to change and improve
practice in a specific workplace and to extend professional
knowledge and skill by demonstrating an ability to independently
conduct and finalise a professional work-based project.
