The positions:
Over all management:
CEO – chief executive officer
CFO – chief financial officer
COO – chief Operating Officer
Support staff:
Communication, media, HRM, quality insurance,…etc.
come up with the organization structure, use a structure from a literature so we can refer it to, in the structure do a diagram that shows the organization structure, also I need you to define and clarify the three heads position, CEO,CFO, and COO. You need to explain each of these three positions.
