How do we enter China market? Implementation stage. We would discuss:
how to ensure globalization strategy success by using effective IHRM practices/strategy.
We are going to use integrative HRM framework. Mainly discuss from two perspectives, external and internal. (ONLY DO EXTERNAL)
a) external: Set up China head office and open stores in Shanghai in the first year,
middle-term strategy would be open stores in other main China cities.

? Many MNCs� have operations in Shanghai, and beauty product industry is very developed. This means there are large of qualify candidates in Shanghai.
