Starting from the Absorptive capacity concept and from the conclusions of the paper from Volberda, H.W., Foss, N. J., & Lyles, M.A. (2010): “Absorbing the concept

of absorptive capacity-How to realize its potential in the organization field” Organization Science, 21(4), 931-951, in the research paper I need to investigate and

study the optimal time range for the storage of knowledge. I would need to compare companies of different sizes and from different industrial sectors in order to

investigate if the time range changes when applied to different branches of the economy. Special focus on the re-usage of knowledge. Is there an optimal time to use

the information before it turns into a waste?
