Americans are more distracted when driving than Europeans
A
study conducted by the CDC (2011) that is cited by several sources in the
Reading Packet concludes that Americans are more distracted when driving than Europeans, but the impact of distracted driving is a
global problem. Examine and evaluate solutions by other countries to
decrease driving distractions: Are these solutions more effective than those taken in the U.S.? Should similar or different solutions be implemented in the U.S.? How should these measures be enforced and paid for? Use at least three sources from the Reading Packet in your response.
