Research objectives
•    To investigate EY education management in the UK and Nigeria
•    To investigate EY education leadership in the UK and Nigeria
•    To critically compare EY education leadership and management policy and practice between the UK and Nigeria

Methodology information:
This research is qualitative research, using primary and secondary data. Inductive reasoning and interpretative philosophy. Research strategy is exploratory and comparativestudy and used thematic analysis. Sampling method is selection.
