This course is being undertaken within Victoria Australia and as such needs to comply with regulations and legislation outlined in the national quality standards and early years learning framework.
Complete the following:
1. Create four activities for children that incorporate movement and physical experiences into the program based on recommendations in the National Physical Activity Guidelines for Australians. Each activity must provide children with the opportunity to practice cooperation. To provide you with an opportunity to consistently implement movement and physical experiences as part of the program for all children.
a) Indoor movement activity

d) Gross motor activity
2. Create a planned activity that promotes physical movement. Objective: To provide you with an opportunity to participate with children in their physical activity and promote physical activity through planned and spontaneous experiences appropriate for each child.

c. How you will participate in the activity
3. Create or design an area of the room or the outdoor space that encourages and promotes spontaneous physical activity. Include:
a. Materials and resources you will provide
b. Goal of the activity
c. How you will participate in the activity
4. Objectives: To provide you with an opportunity to encourage each child’s level of participation in physical activities according to the child’s abilities and their level of comfort with activities, engage in outdoor play and foster children’s participation in physical activities.
Create an outdoor physical activity that encourages children of all abilities and comfort levels to participate. Include:
? Adjustments for children with varying abilities
? Adjustments for reluctant children
? How you plan to participate with the children
? Supervision requirements to ensure all children are safe
5. Objectives: To provide you with an opportunity to discuss with children how their bodies work and the importance of physical activity to people’s health and wellbeing.
