Please create a brochure that three folds regarding patients when they get admitted in Aventura hospital they will go to the discharge lounge to finalize their discharge. This is to get the patients prepared that they will be sent to the discharge lounge for final discharge. Explain the process will start from the time the physician enter the order. the discharge nurses will start the paper work and go over the discharge plans and medications with them during that time. Please explain the lounge is downstairs in the main lobby where they can wait for their love ones to pick them up. Please use the logo online of the hospital, the name is Aventura medical center in Aventura Florida. on the cover page just have the logo and a nice picture that relates to the brochure
