This would be an essay informational paper about special education transition services in the state of Minnesota. Make sure to state and address the 5 state transition areas. Make sure to define what transition programs are and identify their purpose. [it is important that this paper use only resources from minnesota entities]. Please indicate in the paper that each program across the state is similar in some ways but most programs are unique in their own way.
