A monograph for the drug Maxalt

Scenario
You work for a pharmacy benefits manager as a clinical pharmacist. Due to a contracting agreement, Maxalt has been on the preferred drug list for several years. As part of a new initiative, you are responsible for reviewing the utilization of different categories of medications. You notice that Maxalt is used much less frequently than the other triptan agents. When you discuss these findings with your supervisor, she suggests that you develop a monograph of Maxalt and make a recommendation to either keep or remove from the preferred drug list. In addition to Maxalt, the preferred drug list currently includes Axert, Imitrex, and Zomig. You should compare Maxalt to these agents.

INSTRUCTION
1.You prepare the monograph based on this case for the drug maxalt in comparison with other drugs list in the scenario
2.I will upload a model example you follow to write the monograph. Please understand how to write based on the example I will upload. There should be tables, case studies summarized in the form of table. The cases studies should be randomized , controlled trial and more convincing case studies. At least you have to summarize two case studies in support of the case.
3. The citation is AMA format. Please list consecutively in the order they are cited. Don’t include anything without proper citation. Originality is the requirement.
