Please try to distribute these 4 parts in 4 pages.

Part-1

You are asked to assist with a quality improvement initiative that can be supported by a clinical information system (CIS).  As part of the project, you are asked what types of data or information should be collected to determine clients at risk for falls.  What data or information would you recommend to determine the risk factors and what do you base your recommendations on?

Part 2

Consider your work-related experiences and share your ideas about ways the organization promoted (or could promote) a culture of safety.

Part 3

Discuss some of the security measures or strategies you encountered in practice that were aimed at fair use and network security including your opinion regarding the effectiveness of these measures.

Part 4

Think about a recent client care scenario that could be managed at a distance.  Describe the scenario and discuss what training and equipment would be needed in order to provide a safe and effective care environment and why it could benefit the client.
