The written individual assignment will be in general around 3000 words excluding appendix, references and supporting material and you are required to write a strategy report on the strategic issues faced by the company (CRH), perform whatever analysis and evaluation that is appropriate and future strategic choices, recommendations and an action plan to address these strategic issues.

Include charts, figures, frameworks and other kind of exhibits that may help communicate important points and ideas in the “appendix section”
REPORT STRUCTURE:
Executive summary :a paragraph,a brief (2 sentences) info on the company, list of key strategic issues(2-6 max) and recommended strategies.

5) JUSTIFICATION OF RECOMMENDATION AND ACTION PLAN

THE REPORT SHOULD BE BASED ON THE CASE STUDY
