Abstinence

Select something you enjoy and engage in on a daily basis, such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar, chocolate,

smoking, exercising, watching TV, etc.; and be abstinent from this activity or substance for 3 weeks

(sorry, abstaining from the Internet is not an option!) Keep a personal journal noting your daily feelings,
