Question and Requirement：

You are required to undertake a cultural audit of a real organisation in relation to its entrepreneurial climate, support policies and mechanisms with reference to relevant literature.

You should critically analyse these research findings and formulate a critical, conceptual entrepreneurship strategy for the organisation including implementation plans. This should be presented as a report.

Students will be encouraged to fully research the assignment topic with extra reward being given to students who provide an in-depth analysis of the organisation chosen, and who look to additional sources of information outside the core text and lecture notes to produce the report, particularly from academic books and journals.
