Select ONE of the following four cases to study: Alleged Gang Rape Case (Hofstra University, 2009), Suicide of Tyler Clementi (Rutgers University, 2010), Bonfire Tragedy (Texas A& M University, 1999), or Duke Lacrosse Rape Scandal (Duke University, 2006). Your analysis should include outside research and at least three references. Include any cited references in APA style at the end of the paper. Structure your analysis by answering the following questions (not in a question and answer format; rather, integrate the answers into your overall response/analysis):
What are the key facts of the case? (Stated in one page or less.)
What stakeholders are involved?
Who managed the crisis?
What ethical considerations are involved?
What is your analysis of how effectively the matter was handled?
What are your recommendations for improving prevention, policy, protocol, and emergency preparedness?
