Advocating for the patient

As a nurse leader, you have medical executive that reviews and approve all new policies with your, you have 2 different doctor with different opinions on how to treat patient x after the traditional treatment has not worked and Dr b wants to try an experimental treatment that has not yet been approve by the medical executive board but has been used other places and is evidence based.. as a nurse leader how do you advocate for the patient without offending the doctor.,CLICK HERE TO GET MORE………
