Particular emphasis should be given to your:

 development of a logical structure
 inclusion of relevant material
 critical appraisal of the topic
 use of peer reviewed information sources
 presentation and style.

More emphasis will be given to the first four criteria, but remember that correct spelling, good sentence and paragraph construction are all part of scholarship and are essential for high marks.
