One way of doing this is to think about how this course has changed your perceptions of the workplace. With this in mind, the discussion question for this wrap-up conversation is:
Thinking about your current or most recent organization and what you have learned in this course, what are the two most important messages about human resource management that you would like to convey to your organization?
To participate in this discussion, formulate your thoughts on the discussion question.
