Identify want was most important to you each (i) as HR/Eng/CEO and (ii) as a owner. Describe what you as a group decided was the perfect resolution for your group. The final resolution may be different, but I need to see that you FIRST established a policy of what you wanted before you began. The point of the game is NOT reaching a resolution but HOW you have gone through the three stages of strategy. This section MUST include specifics with respect to the variables within the model and how you see them playing out. The guiding policy is NOT “finding a way to save the business” but “this is the exact way we, as a group, plan fix the company and our goal is to convince everyone else we are right” That being said, you need to be very specific as to why you decide to fight one way or another.
