The analytic paper goes beyond simple summary and descriptions, demanding that you examine information provided and evaluate it. The paper should reflect the

significant factors contained within the document with an explanation of why those factors are significant. Additionally, it should provide an explanation of the

purpose of the document and the audience that the document is written for.

As you complete your assignment, make sure to consider the following questions:

Who authored the document and what is its intended audience?
What important issues are addressed within?
What consequence might this document have on public policy?
With regard to intelligence analysis or analysts, what issues and/or concerns does this document address?
Your paper is to be 3-5 pages in length (12pt Arial, double spaced) with a separate references page. Document your essay using APA style.
