Review the online video on Customer Queuing Systems and answer the following questions.

1. Identify and describe a company that uses a single-server waiting line.

2. Identify and describe a company that uses multiple-server waiting lines.

3. Explain the pros and cons of the two types of waiting lines, and discuss what the companies can do to reduce customer wait times.
