Formulate a research paper with peer reviewed sources and work cited. 4500 words minimal, must be about arbitration and the effects of arbitration as an overview. I (you) will be discussing what arbitration is, how it works, who is involved with the process, is it good or bad. The research paper will be on how arbitration is not beneficial, or against arbitration and why.
