argue for Johnny F.Sale

Johnny F. Sale is a junior at Murray State University. Sale is the star quarterback for the Murray State Racers football team. Per NCAA rules, Sale is an amateur student athlete and will be ineligible to compete if he profits from his athletic ability while enrolled. The NCAA is a national governing body for collegiate athletics. The NCAA profits from the television revenue when Sale and the Racers are on TV. The NCAA uses pictures and video of Sale to promote upcoming events. The NCAA even sells pictures, video, and jerseys with Sale’s # 2 on their website. Sale wants to be able to sell his name, picture and likeness while he is enrolled and still be allowed to compete.
