Article review; economics, micro or macro

Prepare an article summary. The article must be relevant to economics, micro or macro. It must  be current, within the last 6 months or more recent. It should be from

( the Wall Street Journal) You will email a copy of or URL link to the article along with a one page typed paper (3 paragraphs, 12 point font, single spaced, not less

than 750 words nor more than 1000, 1″ margins on standard letter size paper) explaining the following:

(1) What is the gist/summary of the article? What is the main point? What conclusions is the author drawing and/or what action is the author suggesting be taken, if

any, in response to whatever issues are raised in the article?

(2) How is the article relevant to you from an economics point of view? How does it potentially impact the U. S. economy, consumers, and businesses? Why is it

important to us?

(3) What is your view on what ought to be done in response to the issues raised in the article, if anything? Support your opinion with facts and logic based on your

study of and experience with economics, not just how you personally “feel” about the issue.
