Please study the Finance agreement guidelines received from and compare with Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s (SDC) status and strategy and Labour Based Road Construction Entry Proposal(all these three documents will be sent to you): what is clear, what needs more discussion. Make a summary assessment on issues.
