ASSIGMNET 2 PART 2: Applying theory to learner and learning (about 3000words)
Analysis of a case study involves the application of the theory to aspects of learning and how learning develops in educational practices. In completing this analysis, you will first need to identify the learning issues and learner characteristics that may have impacted upon learning. This identification will lead to the reflection on how learning in individuals and educational and professional contexts can further be developed by employing appropriate learning strategies.

1) Introduction (must state the purpose of the assignment and overview of the case study) this section can be derived from your improved Part 1 submission.
2) An identification and discussion of how the learner in (YOUR CASE) study learned or did not learn in the context of learning:
a) Learner characteristics
b) Strengths and interests impacting upon the learner
c) Discuss in detail the educational practices (learning environment) (is it a professional organization and what educational practices take place)
d) Throughout your discussion you are required to draw upon any (one) particular theory relevant to your case and come up with strategies and practices in relation to the development of learning to happen in your case. (Focussing upon a theory of Intelligence, a learning theory, a motivational theory OR a social-emotional theory)
e) This discussion must critically review the implications of the learner characteristics AND the Practices in relation to the development of learning.
3) An identification of four (4) key strategies involving cognitive and affective perspectives, and rationalise how these strategies can further develop learning. The cognitive domain refers to the mental skills and knowledge. The affective domain refers to emotional growth, feelings and self-concept.
