In your capacity as a Brand Management consultant, you have been asked to produce a brand plan (in report format) for a Small and Medium sized Enterprise (SME) of your choice (this must be a real organisation). SMEs are defined by the European Commission within Article 2 of the Annex of Recommendation 2003/361/EC as ‘The category of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is made up of enterprises which employ fewer than 250 persons and which have an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euro, and/or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million euro.’

Ensuring you provide the organisation of choice with a comprehensive brand plan may secure future consultancy work and it is therefore imperative each element of the brand plan is thoroughly reviewed.
