Brief informal email – fleet safety

You have begun to notice a trend of non-compliance with monthly vehicle inspections that are supposed to be performed by the company supervisors.
Develop an informal e-mail where you address the supervisors and provide critical feedback on the trend that you have measured.  Remember to use the common feedback methodology: 1) Thank the target group for their effort thus far, 2) Tell them what areas need to improve, 3) Ask them for their support in meeting the goal
