I will attach the case study and the slides (for instructions)

Role – You are a junior board member and you are aware of all of the facts in the attached case. I am the Chair of the Board and I do not know what’s been going on. In your role you know all of the players and understand the context…

You must write me a briefing note, with the necessary components (from the slides) telling me what the issue/problem is and where to from here…and remember, style, spelling, grammar, are all VERY important.
