Locate a court opinion which involved allegations of employment discrimination, from within the past 10 years (2005 forward). Prohibited bases of discrimination in employment include gender, pregnancy, disability, race, age, national origin, religion: you may select a case involving allegations of any one of these. *Suggested resource: GoogleScholar (www.googlescholar.com / select “case law” / hit drop down button and enter dates 2005-2015).* Identify the web link to the case.

Brief the case including the following sections with headers: Case Name + Date Decided, Facts, Issue, Analysis (the court’s decision and reasoning on this issue), and Reaction (what do YOU think? Did the court get it right? Why/why not?) You must paraphrase in your own words and if you are quoting directly from the case, put the quoted material in quotation marks. Simply cutting and pasting from the case itself is considered incomplete and will earn an “E” grade.
