Introduction

A Business idea has been identified. The different function of business organisation like marketing, human resource management, finance and procurement has been described in detail. The report also addresses the importance and functions of different stakeholders.

• Describe different types of Business Organisations and give two examples for each type.
Please use the following to describe the different types of Business Organisations: Sole traders, partnerships, public limited, private limited, franchising, Charity (non-profit organisation) (Have a look at the powerpoint slides I have sent you, however you wont be able to copy the same examples used on the slides)

Finance section Task D (everything in paragraphs please) Just pretend this task is already in a excel sheet and graph format completed. All you need to do is write it in paragraphs with references on how you got the information or idea from. For instance, it is like when you have an illustration in front of you and you need to explain what is it about. Please mention every single one and straight to the point, with correct figures and calculations. (Approximately 300-350)

– Wages and salaries for staff (The wages per hour is an example, you can make it up if you want to and change it (stock room £7,sales associates £9.25 per hour, supervisors £13 per hour, deputy managers £17 per hour, store manager £23.50 per hour. You can mention how much they get per annum if appropriate.
– Pricing policy
– Breakeven figure
– Cash flow forecasting
– Sources of finance (savings, borrowed funds etc.)

This should be in a paragraph with figures, so I don’t want graphs or excel sheets as my lecturer told me not to. My business is called prestige (retail clothing & premium brand) so please be appropriate about the whole financial concept for this task.

Stakeholders

• Identify the different stakeholders of my business and describe the importance of each stakeholder and how they affect my business. Also, you need to reference at least 3 times for this paragraph (You will only need to use the stakeholders that are highlighted in green.) Approximately 200-250 words).

Assess the relevance of stakeholders of an organisation.
– Critically assess the influence of stakeholders on an organisation.

You will need to write about the stakeholders that are highlighted in green and get straight to the point with extensive vocabulary, avoid unnecessary words and simple words. Also, reference each stakeholders you write about.

Harvard referencing

Please use different range of excellent and well-known journals, books and websites that is relevant to my assignment. It is very important that you include page numbers at all times and the Harvard referencing format. Please do not forget to include the page numbers, as I will not know what page you have used or wouldn’t have the books on me. If you do not know the page numbers then it is pointless adding it to my reference that will need to be removed. I would advise you to use citethisforme website as it is pretty simple to use and quicker than manually. It is easier when you got the ISBN number (the first few pages from a book you will find it) but you might have to change the edition and the year published etc. You cannot use Wikipedia and dictionaries (anything else you may know). You cannot use the same source more than 3 times in this assignment. For instance, if I used a book called HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BY JOHN STOREY. I can only use it 3 times for the assignment; same goes for other books, journals and websites etc.

Im running out of time and do not have the time to go over the reference page over and over again as it takes up a lot of time. I also have other work to do otherwise I wouldn’t ask for help. Im really stressed and need the assignment to be flawless with everything included and completed at a high standard.
Website referencing from citethisforme ( all you have to do is click on website (on the citethisforme website) then copy and paste the link. You might have to add the authors name (possibly more than one sometimes) or even change the dates and headings.
The link to citethisforme website (It is very essential that you use this site and it will save you time manually writing everything out. However, you may have to change the year, add or change authors name and edition of books and journals or change the website title etc.)

Book example (same goes for journals) : You go to books then insert the ISBN of the books, if you do not know it then it should be inside the book the first few pages or you can look it up on the internet and search for the book, it will give you the ISBN for that particular book. Even if you insert the ISBN number for a particular you might have to change the edition and the year so please check this properly.
