1. Shop lay out ( floor plan ) : ( 150 words )
. Mention the following that we have it in our shop , how many tables we have in the shop for our customer , Cashier and Desk , 2 chairs for babies , all the Equipment that we have in our shop , storage , freezer , fridge , toilets for customers , wifi for our customer while they are waiting for the order , menus all around the shop in addition the means we have in the front stand !!
All these information I will uploaded to additional file , like the floor plan , our logo , Executive summery and what the rest of my group done yet and you can a look and find all information you need from this file , in addition I will upload all the Equipment that we gonna buy for our pizza shop and all raw material that we need for our shop .

2.Hours Production : ( 150 words )
our restaurant will work 7 days a week , Monday-thursday opening time from 12:00 till 12:00 in the mid night Friday-Sunday opening time from 12:00 till 1:00 , I need you to produce a table for this one .
We will have 9 employees , 6 employee will work everyday in the shop as 2 chief , 2 serving , 2 delivery , and the other 3 employees will work 2 days a week to help our other staff in the shop in a busy days or weekends , we will have two shifts divided it : first shift is working from 12:00- 6:00 , second shift is working from 6:00 – 12:00 for the rest of the day or till 1:00 for weekends , the staff will rotate their shift each week , I need a staff rota to out it in the appendices .
the rate for our staff will be £6.50 for 8 employees and £7.00 for the manger of the shop .
we have to mention how many hours our staff will work every week , 8 employees will pay them £364 before tax , 1 employee will pay him £49 before the tax , and we have to mention how much each month we gonna pay for them !

3. Production Level : ( 150 words )
we have to mention here the process for pizza and how many minutes will take to be ready and mention our delivery time within 8 kilometre 10 mins ! , we have to say also the capacity of how many pizza we gonna make for an hour , and also mention that we already registered with just eat and will pay the cost for their service

4. Production System and handling stock : ( 150 words )

-the main point is to keep enough in our storage not excessive .
-and some of our product produces in front of our customer ,plus we have home made burger in our shop . Dough we will make it one day before is rise all other ingredients are making fresh and daily , we will order twice a week from our supplier and they will come Thursday and Monday ,and will order approximately 5% more than our forecasting demand as we have a just in time policy management .we will have more than one supplier will come in case of unavailability or out of stock .

5. ASSESING RISK ( 150 words )
, we need to have a back up plan and we need a table to show .
for example : Back up plan

Fire Exit: these will include suitable fire exits that are close to both staff and customers, and readable posters that include instructions on what to do in case of a fire.

Staff cover: in case of absenteeism, another member of staff will stand in. full payment will be given to these staff that will provide doctor’s note and in case of a prolonged case; we will be following the instructions of the contract.

Increase promotions: If we suffer from falling profits, we attempt to recover by advertising in more channels of communication.

Contact police: if we suspect a robbery or a break in, we would contact the police and follow the instructions of our insurance company.

Earthquake: follow the instructions our insurance company.

6. PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS ( 150 words)

To ensure that we have the right quality and quantity, at the right time, in the right place and from the right source, we have different staff in charge of different department. All paper work will be organised and kept in fire proof cabinets. We hope that in future we will get one local supplier that might fundamentally commit with us.
As mentioned above we will use just-in time for the stock and we will communicate with each other (staff to staff) through face to face and some times use phones. However when we are dealing with other organisations we will mostly use letters in case an agreement between the parties is needed. We will interact with our consumers face to face for those who come to the shop and via phone for others. We will ensure that our logo is visible on the packaging and also ensure that the premises are safe to use to employers, employees and consumers by providing CCTV cameras.
