Undertake a simulated project developing a realistic business scenario that enquires
into the design management of a commercial organisation, understanding the issues / problems and develop

Design Management solutions and strategies – should meet regularly for: Scenario creation, Analysis of management and business issues and developing the rationale for solution strategies
considering the scenario issues.

This is a business plan for a brand new design company..There are 3 main parts.
If we open a new business:
-What are all the issues that we may have?

-The solution for all the issues

-The financial support (to open and run the business).
