Busniess Process Analysis

Describe and analyse a business process in a company you are familiar with. You should include:

a) A short text description of the process.

b) An annotated diagram of the Burlton IGOE model defining the inputs, transformation, outputs, guides and enablers.( attached file for helping )

c) Position of the process using the Slack 4V model with a brief justification. ( attached file for helping )

d) The process type and process layout, with a brief explanation. ( attached file for helping )

This should be completed in a single Word document with a maximum of 4 pages.
