Divide the project into sections for “Experience”, “Education” etc. to match your columns. Do an an analysis of what the different sectors want for each category. You can summarise your data into an histogram with bars showing for example how many years accountants needed by the banking industry need compared to the other sectors. Try to see whether there is a difference between the different sectors on each of the different attribubes/categories you are studying.
