Prepare a Managerial Report structured as follows:

2.1 Structure and present your paper in the form of a Managerial Report, with a cover page, table of content, executive summary, main body, appendixes.
2.2 Define and present the management decision problem as a decision tree that shows the logical sequence of the decision problem.
2.3 Using expected values and the given probability of competition, formulate your recommendation for the marketing of one of the two video games.
2.4 Show a risk profile for your recommended decision.
2.5 Use sensitivity analysis to determine what the probability of competition for Space Pirates would have to be for you to change your recommended decision alternative.
2.6 Apply software tools for the quantitative decision making (TreePlan/Excel)
