Description:
We had a case simulation where we (5 team members) get a real-based case and we have to analyze it and give solutions and recommendations to the issues addressed in

the case study within 3 hours, and then give a 20mins formal presentation to the judges.

Based on your recent experiences in the Case Simulation Exercise on Saturday, November 22, please share what you have learned about yourself? What did you learn about

your own abilities, strengths, and challenges in this kind of demanding work setting?
This course was designed to prepare you for team-based decision making in actual organizational environments within challenging time frames. It aimed to help you

learn about and develop the leadership and innovation skills needed to address complex organizational challenges in ‘real time’ at both the individual and team level.
You may select any aspect of your personal growth, development, and/or self-awareness that you consider related to the course and/or the Case Simulation exercise in

particular. For example, you may decide to address any of the following course learning objectives in your discussion:
