i have some tips that i got from my lectures, to be on track of the essay we should follow those point:
1) have you read the marking criteria, and used this as a checklist to make sure you are on the right track to pass?
(2) have you structured your work as an essay – with an introduction, discussion of the literature and questions, and conclusion – rather than just responses to the questions?
(3) have you used at least the minimum number of references?
(4) have you used the broader strategic HRM literature, from the first six weeks of lectures, to frame your essay. 
(5) have you carefully read and answered the questions? While the case study is about work life balance in Pro Build, the questions go beyond Pro Build and beyond work life balance. You will not pass if you have taken too narrow a focus that does not address work design and HR strategy in broader terms
