Cash Fraud and Necessary Controls

Do NOT write a general paper about accounting fraud. * There must be original analysis in your paper. Your references need to be legitimate sources. *
You must address the topic from an audit perspective, such as what an auditor should do/should have done, not what the company should have done. *
Remember your paper must contain the following components: 1. Research into a topic. This includes using legitimate, reviewed sources. Do not use
textbook because it is merely a summarization of other material, blogs, investopedia or other sources like that as a source. The Wall Street Journal,
accounting journals, and sources like that are fine. Failure to follow this requirement will give you at a ZERO on this assignment

APA requirements and be certain to use a citation that I could use to take you to the specific page you used. Do not just say www.sec.com because I
wouldnât be able to find the material you used. 4. Quotes and appropriate information if you quote someone else words. Again, consult APA
requirements. Failure to follow this requirement is plagiarism. 5. A clearly stated topic at the beginning of the paper (1st paragraph), as in “The purpose
of this paper is….” If I can’t figure this out on page 1 when reading your paper, I’ll have no way to evaluate whether the remainder of the paper reflects
the purpose of your paper. 6. A “book report” type paper is not acceptable. Which means donât make your paper as points, I need an analysis of your
thought. (I donât need Serial numbers, bulleted lists) 7. * I expect a well-written paper that is free of typos and serious grammar and other problems. 8.
Your paper should be 8 to9 pages, double spaced, 12 font and Times new Roman font , 1â margins, not including exhibits. Use section headings,
summaries and include an introduction and summary/conclusion. You must provide citations for othersâ work and include a list of references. Use APA
style guidelines. 9. A research paper is different from a “book report” where you just report secondary facts. A research paper involves collecting
secondary facts but in addition, a research paper requires an original analysis of those facts. If you don’t add original analysis, the best grade you will
probably receive on the paper is a ZERO. Please see the Research Paper Rubric for more information. 10. Upload each article that you use it in your
