Change Management Theories

The Individual Perspective School, the Group Dynamics School and the Open Systems School are the three most commonly-referenced change management theories. Using the Floors’ World case study (PLEASE refer attached case study), apply the three theories and critically evaluate the different alternative strategies the organisation’s management could employ to drive change and motivate employees.
