Create a logic model, PERT chart and budget for your program. Provide
who you will need to get to buy into your program and how you will obtain
that buy in. Describe how you will market your program to the audience and
influential stakeholders.
This Assignment is the 4th Step of my (Planning Project).
The Planning Project is:
The planning project will be a comprehensive EMS plan. It should include
all aspects of program planning including an educational program. Your
program plan should include an exhaustive needs assessment, budget, and
use of the planning model, appropriate measurable objectives and evaluation
including process, impact and outcome. This will be graded on
completeness, quality and presentation.
