Project description
This project requires that 1) the student finds a newspaper or magazine article that relates a current event or news story to chemistry, and 2) the student writes a short paper (between 250 and 500 words) explaining the how the topic of the article relates the chemical concepts discussed in the course which is ( Chemistry principles and Society ). The actual article or web address of the article must be included within the submitted paper. A few online magazine are listed below, you are not required to use these magazines but please make sure that you cite the article.
