Psychologists have to be concerned with protecting the child and with maintaining the reliability of information obtained from the child witness. Write a 2 to 3 page paper that explores this subject, considering the following: * Identify and describe specific elements on a contemporary issue for each area of focus regarding child witnesses: o Legal o Ethical o Professional * Describe the unique elements of the relationship that exists between psychology and law, with regard to child witnesses to criminal events. * Provide a case study where all three of the above area of focus (legal, ethical, and professional) were present regarding a child witness in a criminal case.
