The final version of your proposal should take into consideration all of the points that you used to create the
ariginal working version in Module 1. The structure should be the same, with additional elaboration and detail
rom your weeks of academic research.
X big difference for this module is that each section will require a properly formatted, APA style in-text citation

Lemember that the text of your research proposal has 5 parts:

o -Subpoints: each sub-point explains more fiilly a point mentioned in your explanation.

o Possible a brief discussion of the opposition’s point of View.

o Reply to Objections: your brief answer to the opposition.

Fhe Revised Annotated Bibliography
{emember from Module 2 that a bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents, both text an
-lectronic. We then add our annotations, a paragraph below each of the citations, in regular text, detailing the
articular aspects of each source, and whether it is usefiil to our research or not. For this final version, you will
adit-out the sources you will not be using, and add the new sources that you have found during the past week of
esearch. You are required to have between 5 and 7 sources for your prospectus.
n this way we can organize and demonstrate our progress. A healthy annotated bibliography is a sign of a kind of
inesthetic energy for a paper. The ideas are all there, only the finishing touches need to be placed, and the text
dded, for a rough draft of the paper.
kgain, these annotations should do the following:

o Summarize the source by explaining what the main arguments are in the source, what the main points are,
what topics are covered, and by telling what the content focus of the work is.

o Give a final assessment for the particular source. Although you stated whether the source was usefiil for
your particular research purposes in the last bibliography, you will not need to do so here, as these are you
final choices.
