1. Develop a Strategy Map to explain the metrics in the scorecard. (See Tutorial and reading 18)
2. Identify any deficiencies in: a) Process- how the performance evaluation system is implemented and b) Measurement, that could impact the effectiveness of this scorecard fot use in an evaluation system.
