Client Description

As you begin your case file, your first task is to identify your client. Create a hypothetical client who has been involved within the justice system. Provide a full description of your client and the reasons of why he/she needs the assistance of the case management services. As you are identifying your client, prepare a 1-2 page paper addressing the following as they apply to your client:

Individual’s Name
Sex
Age
Health Issues
Social Issues
Psychological Issues
Cognitive Issues
Financial Situation
Support Needs
