Client teaching activity: Safe sex
? His family describe him as almost reclusive.
? Richard lives alone and is a very private person.
? Unbeknown to his family, he is gay but feels as though they would not understand
him or would reject him if he told them.
? He is promiscuous and does not always practice safe sex.
